Many trainings focus on specific leadership styles, but there is no universal style. In addition to what is happening in the environment, people also affect the situation. Employees have different knowledge, skills, experience, workload and personal characteristics. Therefore, the manager must be ready to use the appropriate management style in different situations with different employees. But how to do it and which style gives the best result in which situation?
The goal of the training is to give the leader a tool to choose the appropriate leadership style in different situations, so that the employee fulfills the given task in the best way.
Training participant:
- knows the nature of management based on situational management theory
- can determine the willingness of the recipient of the task to perform the task
- knows the role of guiding and supportive behavior in increasing the employee’s readiness for performance and choosing the appropriate management style
- knows the influence of the leadership style on the employee’s performance and
- knows how to choose the leadership style corresponding to the employee’s level of readiness for performance
- can identify the employee’s readiness and choose an appropriate leadership style
The training is perfect for first- and middle-level managers and project managers who want to successfully manage a team and develop employees at the same time.
Experience as a team leader or project manager is recommended.
The volume of standard training is 8x 45 minutes and consists of four pairs of lessons.

- the choice of the appropriate leadership style and its effect on the employee’s performance

During the training, theory alternates with independent and group work and solving sample situations.
It is also possible to order the training together with a mentor program, within the framework of which managers are supported during the agreed time. It helps to consolidate what you have learned and solve problems quickly. The result is more efficient use and a positive experience of success.
Requirements for conducting onsite training::
- enough space for the participants and good visibility of the projector image in the study room
- a projector with a screen or a television
- paper board
- enough wall space to present the results of group work
Virtual learning takes place in the Zoom environment and the participant must have:
- stable internet connection
- camera (separate or integrated)
- it is recommended to use a desktop or laptop computer
- if possible, in a separate headphone
To complete the training you must:
- participate in the training from start to finish
- actively contribute to training
- complete all tasks
